With Broadcom’s acquisition of VMware and the major changes in price and support, numerous companies are rapidly rethinking their infrastructure strategies. The most effective and closest to the future strategy that has gotten most of the votes so far is migrating the VMware environments to Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Wanclouds have the experience and focus necessary to assist companies in achieving a smooth transition to the new environment—with the right strategy, automation tools, and support to avoid downtime, reduce costs, and simplify operations.
Top 3 Reasons to Migrate VMware to AWS
1. Agility and Scalability
AWS offers elastic, on-demand resources that grow with your business. Instead of investing in costly hardware upgrades, you scale your compute and storage needs instantly—and only pay for what you use.
2. Cost Optimization
AWS helps reduce both CapEx and OpEx through its pay-as-you-go model, automated scaling, and cost-visibility tools like AWS Cost Explorer and Trusted Advisor.
3. Enhanced Security & Compliance
With compliance frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and advanced security services, AWS meets the demands of highly regulated industries.
